DELIVERY METHOD
Instant access (digital delivery)
After payment, your files are delivered digitally:
- Order confirmation page includes download access.
- You’ll also receive an email with download links.
- Some email providers delay automated messages. Wait up to 5 minutes.
- No physical shipping. No customs. No delivery delays.
- All products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check Spam/Junk. If you use Outlook/Hotmail, also check the “Other” tab.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
File formats + compatibility
Most products are delivered as PDF files.
- Use any standard PDF reader (Preview, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
- Phone/tablet viewing is supported; printing is optional for selected pages.
- Where included, bonus files may be PNG/JPG or a link-based resource.
DOWNLOAD WINDOW
How long you can download
In most cases, you can download your files immediately and keep them for personal use.
- If your device/browser blocks downloads, try another browser or disable strict tracking for the checkout session.
- If a link ever expires or fails, we can resend access.
Best practice:
Download promptly after purchase, then save a copy to your device/cloud. If you lose access, email us and we’ll help.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If downloads don’t work
- Check Spam/Junk for the download email.
- Using Outlook/Hotmail? Check “Other” + “Junk”.
- Try a different browser (Chrome/Safari) or a different device.
- If you’re on mobile, long-press the link and open in a new tab.
- Disable VPN/ad-blockers for the checkout session.
Still stuck? Email us with your order number and we’ll resend access.
RESENDS
Resend + access help rules
If you need a resend:
- Email us from the same email used at checkout (or include that email).
- Include your order number (or the date + name on the order).
- We can resend the download link or provide an alternative delivery method.
If a genuine customer ever loses access to their files, we’re happy to help restore it.
