Digital downloads are instant — so our policy is built around access, defects, and fairness (not loopholes).
Read this before buying.
Because these are digital downloads with immediate access, refunds work differently than physical goods. We keep it strict on sharing — and fair on defects and access issues.
Digital products: the default rule
Digital purchases are non-refundable once access to the files has been delivered (download links shown and/or sent by email). By completing your purchase you confirm that you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that this removes the standard withdrawal right where applicable.
Fair exceptions (when we will refund)
- Duplicate charge (charged twice for the same order).
- Access failure (you can’t download/open the files and we can’t provide working access after support attempts).
- Material defect (corrupted file or major technical issue we can’t fix/replace).
EU/EEA/UK digital content notice
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, your cancellation/withdrawal rules can differ for digital content. In many cases, the right to withdraw can be lost once you give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the right to withdraw.

- The email used at checkout
- A short description of the issue (screenshots help for download errors)
We’ll troubleshoot first. If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund where eligible.
Chargebacks & misuse
Chargebacks create extra costs for small businesses. Please contact support first — we’re fast and reasonable.
If we detect file-sharing, redistribution, or abuse of our policies, we may refuse future service and contest chargebacks where permitted.
