We sell digital products (PDF guides and related downloadable files). No physical shipping.

• Instant access: after successful payment, download links are provided on-screen and/or via email.
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to it.
• If you don’t receive your file, contact us and we’ll help you access it.
• By purchasing a digital product, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that access begins immediately after payment.

All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Private-use license: your purchase grants you a non-transferable license for personal use.
• Printing: you may print for your own household use within reasonable personal limits.
• No sharing/resale: you may not resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share, or provide the files to others.
• No commercial use: coaches, clinics, employers, or organizations must request written permission / a commercial license.
• No copying/derivatives: do not copy, translate for distribution, repackage, or create derivative products for sale.
• Purchasing a digital product grants a personal-use license only and does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

• Prices are shown on the website at time of purchase.
• We may run limited offers; pricing can change without notice, but changes won’t affect paid orders.
• Prices are shown exclusive of VAT or sales tax unless otherwise stated. Buyers are responsible for any local taxes required by their jurisdiction.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, because access is immediate.

However, we will make it right if:

• the file is corrupted or materially defective and we can’t fix/replace it, or
• you were charged in error (duplicate charge), or
• you cannot access your purchase and we cannot provide access after support attempts.

EU/EEA/UK note: if you provide immediate access to digital content, customers can lose the withdrawal right when they give express consent and acknowledge it. Align your checkout consent microcopy + refund logic accordingly.

Our guides provide educational information and practical organization tools. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree not to misuse the site or content. This includes:

• attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or disrupting site operations,
