Where your files live, how to download, and what to do if something doesn’t appear instantly.

DIGITAL Where do I get my files after checkout?

Your files are delivered instantly after checkout — no waiting. If you created an account, you can also find them under Account → Orders.

If you checked out as a guest, use the download link from your confirmation email.

Tip: Search your inbox for the store name + “download” if you can’t find the email.
DIGITAL I didn’t receive the download email — what should I do?

First check Spam / Promotions and search for your order email.

If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, the message may be routed differently — try searching “Shopify” as well.

If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll resend it quickly.

Include: order email + approximate purchase time.
QUICK FIX The download link opens but I can’t save the file.

On mobile, tap and hold the link, then choose Open in browser. From there, use the share icon to Save to Files (iPhone) or Download (Android).

On desktop, right-click → Save link as usually works instantly.

For the smoothest experience: download on desktop first.
ACCESS Can I download again later?

Yes. You can re-download anytime from your confirmation email or your account order page (if you created an account).

We recommend saving the files to your device and/or cloud storage so they’re always on hand.

Keep forever means: keep your files, keep your access.
FILES What format are the guides in?

Most guides are delivered as PDF files designed for comfortable digital reading, with only key pages intended for printing (checklists, trackers, templates).

If you need a different format for accessibility, email support.
REFUND Can I request a refund after downloading?

Because guides are delivered instantly, refunds usually can’t be issued once the file has been downloaded.

If you run into a problem accessing the file, contact support and we’ll help immediately.

PRINT Do I need to print the whole guide?

No. These guides are built as hybrid experiences — immersive for digital reading, with only key pages designed for printing.

Print the checklists, trackers, and templates. Read the rest comfortably on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

QUALITY What print settings should I use?

For best results:

  • Scale: 100% (or “Actual size”)
  • Paper: A4 (or Letter depending on your region)
  • Quality: Standard or High
  • Color: Color optional — most pages look great in black & white

If margins look off, switch printer setting to “Fit to printable area.”
PAPER What paper should I use for a luxury feel?

If you want that boutique, “printed like a product” feel:

  • Matte: 120–160 gsm
  • Glossy: only for photo-heavy pages
  • Home printer friendly: 100–120 gsm is the sweet spot

For binders: use a 2-hole punch and a clean divider set.
PROFESSIONAL Can I print at a print shop?

Yes — and it often looks beautiful.

Ask for full color, matte paper (120–160 gsm). If you’re printing templates only, black & white is totally fine.

These are for personal use — not for resale or client distribution.
UPDATES

Updates & editions

What happens when we refine a guide or release a new edition.

UPDATES Do guides get updated?

Sometimes. If we update a guide, it’s because we’re improving clarity, structure, or usability — not changing the entire product.

You’ll keep your original files, and when updates are offered, we’ll make access clear.

EDITIONS Is my purchase tied to one edition?

Your purchase gives you the guide you bought at the time you bought it.

If a future edition is released as a separate product, it will be clearly labeled as a new edition.

ACCESS How will I know if there’s an update?

If an update is available, it will typically be shared through email or shown on the product page.

The easiest system: save your files now and treat updates as a bonus, not a dependency.

License & usage

LICENSE Can I use these guides for personal use?

Yes. Every purchase is for private personal use.

You can download, save, and print pages for yourself and your household.

NOT OK Can I share the PDF with a friend?

No — sharing files (forwarding, uploading, distributing) isn’t allowed.

If you want to gift it, use our gifting option so your friend receives their own licensed copy.

PROFESSIONALS I’m a professional — can I use this with clients?

Not by default — guides are licensed for personal use.

Personal-use guides are not licensed for client distribution, group programs, resale, or copying into your own materials.

Storage Can I store the guides in cloud apps (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.)?

Yes. Once downloaded, you can store the files anywhere you prefer — device storage, cloud storage, or note apps.

Just remember the license is for personal use only.

PRINTING Can I print multiple copies for my household?

Yes — print what you need for personal household use (binders, checklists, templates).

Just don’t distribute beyond your household.

Yes. The simplest way is to purchase the guide, save the files, and send them later.

You can use a printed gift note or share the official download link when you're ready.

Each recipient needs their own licensed copy.

If you're gifting to a group (team, clients, or community), contact us for proper licensing.
