Accessibility Statement
Digital products should be usable by everyone.
We are committed to making The Life Boutique website, digital products, and customer experience easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to use.
Our Position
Accessibility is not a feature.
It is part of the standard.
The Life Boutique is committed to making our website, digital products, and customer experience easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to use.
We design for real people using real devices, under real conditions — mobile, desktop, assistive tools, slow moments, distracted moments, and everything between.
Accessibility is ongoing. We review, improve, and adjust as the website grows.
Current Status
Working toward a cleaner, clearer, more accessible experience.
We aim to align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards where practical and relevant to our website, customer-facing content, forms, support paths, and digital product access experience.
Some parts of the experience may still need refinement, especially where third-party tools, checkout elements, embedded applications, or older downloadable files are involved.
What We Focus On
Fewer barriers.
Better paths.
Readable typography and clear visual hierarchy.
Strong contrast between text and background.
Clear buttons, links, labels, and forms.
Keyboard-friendly navigation where possible.
Helpful alt text for key images where appropriate.
Consistent mobile and desktop layouts.
Simple support routes when something does not work.
Known Limitations
Not everything is perfect yet.
Some third-party applications, embedded tools, checkout elements, older content, or downloadable files may not yet meet our desired accessibility standard.
If we discover an accessibility issue, we prioritize practical fixes wherever possible.
If you need an accessible alternative or cannot access something you purchased, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable solution.
