Sharing files is not allowed.

1. Ownership of content+
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all rights, title, and interest in The Life Boutique content remain with The Life Boutique Ltd.
This includes digital guides, publications, written content, product names, branded concepts, frameworks, checklists, templates, trackers, systems, design layouts, graphics, visual presentation, logos, icons, brand assets, downloadable files, and supporting materials.
2. Your purchase license+
When you purchase a product from The Life Boutique, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use the purchased material privately.
Your purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership, resale rights, distribution rights, or commercial-use rights.
3. What you may do+
You may download the purchased file, save it for your own private use, print pages for yourself or your household, and revisit the product as needed.
You may also recommend The Life Boutique to someone else by sharing a normal product link. Sharing a link is fine. Sharing the file is not.
4. What is not permitted+
Without prior written permission from The Life Boutique Ltd, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any product or content;
- resell, sublicense, gift, transfer, or share purchased files with others;
- upload products to websites, marketplaces, cloud drives, groups, communities, portals, or file-sharing platforms;
- print materials for clients, students, teams, groups, workshops, or programmes;
- modify materials for resale, commercial reuse, or derivative products;
- claim authorship or ownership of our content;
- use our branding, visuals, product names, or concepts in a misleading way.
5. Professional or commercial use+
Personal-use products are not automatically licensed for professional, client-facing, educational, organisational, or commercial use.
If you want to use our materials inside a business, clinic, coaching practice, therapy practice, workshop, paid programme, membership, classroom, client portal, team library, or organisation, you need written permission or a separate professional license.

6. Copyright concerns+
We respect the rights of creators and expect the same in return. If you believe any material on our website infringes your rights, contact us with:
- your full name and contact details;
- identification of the material in question;
- proof of ownership or authorisation;

We will review legitimate requests and take appropriate action where required.
7. Enforcement+
Unauthorised use of The Life Boutique intellectual property may result in access removal, refusal of future service, takedown requests, legal notices, chargeback disputes, and any remedies available under applicable law.
