OVERVIEW

What this page covers

This policy explains how to submit copyright infringement notices and (where applicable) takedown requests, plus how counter-notices work.

We respond to complete, good-faith submissions and may request additional details if needed.

TAKEDOWN NOTICE

Include this so we can act quickly

  • Your full name and a reliable contact email.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work (link, screenshot, or description).
  • Where it appears on our site (URL(s) — copy/paste).
  • What you want removed and why you believe it’s infringing.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, made under penalty of perjury and you’re authorized to act.
  • Your electronic signature (typed full name is usually sufficient).

Incomplete requests slow everything down. If you send URLs + ownership details, we can move fast.

COUNTER-NOTICE

If you believe content was removed by mistake

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

Counter-notices typically include: identification of the removed material, where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction where required.

We’re not a court. We follow formal notice/counter-notice steps where applicable — and we act on clear evidence.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

Repeat infringement policy

We may disable access to content or services who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or abuse the takedown process.

We also reserve the right to reject requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
